Julie Garnyé Premieres Cabaret Show “Stephen by Three” Tonight at CV Rep (On air version)

Local entertainment takes center stage tonight in Cathedral City as actress and singer Julie Garnier debuts her brand-new cabaret show, “Stephen by Three,” at CV Rep. The show begins at 7 p.m. and is open to the public.

Julie Garnier, known for her work as an original cast member in the first national tour of the Broadway hit Come From Away, joined NBC Palm Springs’ Todd Makowski this morning to preview the performance.

“It’s a brand new show for me, so I’m really excited that we get to do it here in Palm Springs, one of my favorite places on Earth,” Garnier said.

The theme of “Stephen by Three” is a tribute to three iconic composers: Stephen Sondheim, Stephen Schwartz, and Stephen Flaherty. Garnier says the show not only features their music but also reflects on her personal experiences and connections with each of them.

“I’ve worked with Stephen Schwartz and Stephen Sondheim in different ways, and Stephen Flaherty is someone I hope to work with one day,” Garnier shared.

The cabaret event promises an evening of memorable music and personal storytelling, offering a unique glimpse into Garnier’s career as a performer, voiceover artist, writer, producer, and director.
