Palm Desert Aquatic Center Recreational Pool Reopens Fridays Through Sundays After Filtration Repairs

The recreational pool at the Palm Desert Aquatic Center will reopen to the public this Friday for open swim, but with limited availability. The city announced the pool will only be open on weekends for now, following a week-long closure due to filtration system repairs.

The pool had been closed since last Friday while crews worked on resolving an issue with the pool’s filtration system. Repairs are now pool will be open only from Friday through Sunday.

From Monday through Thursday, the pool will remain closed until further notice.

The Palm Desert Aquatic Center offers a range of swim programs, including lap swimming, recreational open swim, and swim lessons. Visitors are encouraged to check the city’s website or contact the Aquatic Center directly for the most up-to-date schedule information.
