NBC Palm Springs is serving up another round of Dish Detective, our new social media contest through Dining with the Davids. Each week, we post a video featuring three standout dishes from a mystery restaurant in the Coachella Valley. Your mission? Identify the restaurant based on the food—and if you guess right, you’re entered into a drawing for a $100 gift card to that very spot.

Last week's restaurant was Boozehounds in Palm Springs, and many of you cracked the case. Now it's time for a new culinary mystery.

This week’s clues include:

• A salmon sashimi starter with blood orange ginger glaze.

• A hearty beef stroganoff served over herb-buttered noodles.

• A decadent chocolate trifle layered with verjus, cherry wine, custard, berries, and whipped cream.
