Authorities are seeking the public's help in finding a missing woman who was last seen Monday afternoon in La Quinta.

Jerry Chamberlain, 67, was last spotted around 1 p.m. near an undisclosed location in La Quinta, according to officials. She is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing approximately 110 pounds, with gray hair.

At the time of her disappearance, Chamberlain was last seen wearing a blue sundress.

A photo has been released to aid in the search, and law enforcement agencies are urging anyone who may have seen her or has information about her whereabouts to come forward.
