Taste of Summer Rancho Mirage Returns with Restaurant Deals Supporting Local Nonprofits

The annual "Taste of Summer Rancho Mirage" event runs now through August 17, featuring more than 30 participating restaurants offering special deals to customers who purchase a $10 wristband.

Local nonprofit organizations sell the wristbands as a fundraising initiative, with proceeds benefiting over 25 nonprofit partners in the region, including Animal Samaritans and Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Desert. Participating restaurants range from Brandini Toffee all the way to Burgers and Beer, so there's sure to be something to satisfy.

The three-week event serves multiple purposes: supporting restaurants during traditionally slower summer months, providing dining deals to residents and visitors, and generating funds for local charitable organizations. Wristband holders gain access to exclusive specials at participating establishments throughout Rancho Mirage.

The city describes the program as an annual community tradition that combines dining experiences with nonprofit fundraising during the summer season.
