"Serial Sniffing" Sex Offender Arrested Again In Burbank

Burbank police arrested registered sex offender Calese Carron Crowder on Tuesday after he allegedly engaged in inappropriate behavior toward women at a local department store.

Crowder, who was on parole at the time of his arrest, has been charged with loitering with intent to commit a crime. Police say he has a documented history of similar arrests for lewd conduct.

In 2023, Crowder was previously arrested for allegedly peeping into a family's home, according to police records.

Crowder is currently being held on $100,000 bail. The investigation is ongoing.
