Manny The Movie Guy Talks With Star of ‘Daniela Forever’ – A Romantic Sci-Fi Drama Now on Demand

This week’s Agua Caliente Entertainment Report, brought to you by Agua Caliente Casinos, takes a closer look at the new romantic sci-fi drama “Daniela Forever,” now available on video on demand. Manny the Movie Guy sat down with Beatrice, who stars alongside Henry Golding, to talk about the unique film.

“Daniela Forever” blends science fiction with a moving love story. Beatrice describes her character, Daniela, as “an emotional ghost” living in the memories and dreams of Golding’s character. “She’s dreamy, but also she’s trapped,” she explained, adding that playing that balance was one of the most engaging parts of her role.

The film uses shifting aspect ratios to distinguish between reality and lucid dreams, a stylistic choice by director Nacho Vigalondo. “We talked about that a lot,” Beatrice said. “He decided the dream had to be the brightest moment. I personally liked it.”

She also praised her co-star, Henry Golding, calling him “a very generous actor, always joyful, always happy to just play. I loved working with him.”

Manny praised the film as “visually resplendent” and emotionally resonant, especially in how it explores grief.

“Daniela Forever” is available now for viewers looking for a film that blends emotional storytelling with imaginative visuals.
