Kai the Deal Guy Showcases Stuffed Pizza’s Happy Hour Deals in Palm Desert and La Quinta

NBC Palm Springs’ Kai the Deal Guy is back, and this time he’s uncovering a happy hour locals call the best in the desert. Stuffed Pizza, with locations in Palm Desert and La Quinta, has been serving up fresh, flavor-packed pies since the Bertram family opened the first location in 1976. Today, both restaurants offer daily happy hour from 3 to 6 p.m., with every seat in the house included — not just the bar.

Owner John Bertram says the idea is about more than just discounts. “A lot of places, their happy hour is specifically for their bar, and we didn’t want to do that. We wanted to make sure we filled the whole restaurant,” he explained. The extensive menu includes deals on beer, wine, and cocktails, plus food specials ranging from appetizers to full dinners — and, of course, their legendary pizzas.

Customers say the variety and value keep them coming back. “Probably one of the best happy hours here in the valley, honestly,” said one fan. “I live in Cathedral City and I come all the way to Palm Desert. The food is shareable, and it’s the best pizza I’ve ever had. It’s thin crust with so many toppings, it’s unbelievable.”

With its daily deals, wide menu, and commitment to making happy hour accessible to everyone, Stuffed Pizza is proving that big flavor doesn’t have to come with a big price tag.
