Daiso Opens First Palm Springs Location with Grand Opening Giveaways

Daiso, the popular Japanese value store known for its wide selection of affordable and unique items, has officially opened its first Palm Springs location. The store offers everything from kitchen tools and storage solutions to beauty products, seasonal goods, stationery, and snacks.

“We’re best known for offering a wide selection of fun, unique, and practical everyday items,” said District Manager Andrew Sann. “Shopping here, you can almost guarantee to find something interesting and to brighten your day.”

Daiso operates more than 100 locations across California, with several new stores opening this year. The Palm Springs location adds to the brand’s growing presence and aims to bring the “Daiso experience” to more communities.

Among the store’s popular products are children’s soft play dough, training chopsticks, unique stationery like the “stapler stapler,” and Japanese snacks such as strawberry Pocky.

The grand opening celebration takes place Saturday, August 16, and Sunday, August 17. On Saturday, the first 200 customers to make a $20 purchase will receive a Daiso-exclusive California tote bag. On Sunday, the first 200 customers with a $20 purchase will receive a special gift.
