Coachella Names Lincoln Bogard as Finance Director After Multi-Year Search

The City of Coachella has appointed Lincoln Bogard as its new Finance Director, concluding what officials described as a years-long recruitment process.

Bogard brings 20 years of financial experience spanning municipal, private, and public sectors. He holds certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).

Most recently, Bogard served as Deputy City Manager for the City of Banning, where he oversaw multiple departments including finance, human resources, payroll, risk management, and information technology.

"Bogard's leadership will strengthen the city's financial foundation and support the community's long-term growth," said Coachella City Councilmember Yadira Perez.
