Whitewater Preserve Closes for Weekend Due to Storm Forecast

Whitewater Preserve will be closed to the public from Friday, August 22 through Monday, August 25, 2025, due to incoming summer monsoon thunderstorms.

The closure is a precautionary measure as meteorologists predict thunderstorms will impact the area beginning Saturday. The preserve will reopen Tuesday, August 26.
