Indio Sports Park Nears Completion with Grass Installation

The City of Indio has reached a construction milestone for its new sports complex at 82600 Market Street, with grass installation now complete at the facility.

The Indio Sports Park will feature 11 soccer fields designed for various age groups, plus one professional-sized soccer field that doubles as a football field. The complex also includes two baseball fields and a perimeter walking path.

Additional amenities planned for the facility include shade structures with BBQ and picnic tables, drinking fountains, restrooms, and a concession stand.

The park is scheduled to open this fall as part of the project's first phase. Future development phases will expand the facility westward to accommodate additional sports and increase parking capacity.
