Firebirds Announce Fan-Friendly Changes Ahead of Season Four

The Coachella Valley Firebirds are gearing up for their fourth season, and fans can expect a game-day experience designed with them in mind. Senior team executives say this year’s motto is about accessibility, affordability, and convenience—values that came directly from listening to fan feedback.

One of the most noticeable changes will be earlier game times. Weeknight matchups from Tuesday through Thursday will now start at 6:30 p.m., a shift intended to help families and older fans get home earlier. The organization has also restructured ticket plans, introducing four nine-game options that provide more flexibility for different schedules and lifestyles.

Concessions will also see updates, with lower prices on popular items like pizza and hot dogs, along with rotating menus at the “Taste the Coachella Valley” stand, featuring local restaurants. Additionally, a pregame Happy Hour at the arena’s Oasis space will offer discounted food and beverages before each home game.

Parking, one of the most common fan concerns last season, has also been addressed. Advance purchase parking will now be $20, while season ticket members will pay just $10 per game with a pay-as-you-go option—down from the previous mandatory full-season package.

With these changes, the Firebirds say they are committed to delivering a fan-friendly experience both on and off the ice. Season four kicks off in just six weeks, and the team is hoping to build on the strong community support it has enjoyed since its debut.
