The Coachella Valley Firebirds will bring the heat to this year’s ¡VIVA INDIO!

The City of Indio is thrilled to announce that the Coachella Valley Firebirds will bring the heat to this year’s ¡VIVA INDIO! celebration on Saturday, September 13, 2025, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. in Downtown Indio. As part of this exciting community partnership, fans will get a first look at the team’s new Los Firebirds band, a tribute to Hispanic culture and community. As part of this year’s celebration event, The Firebirds will activate on-site with an interactive puck shoot and games, with special giveaways, a team store pop-up featuring new Los Firebirds merchandise and a visit from Fuego. This unique collaboration unites sports, culture, and family fun together at one of Indio’s many vibrant community events.

¡VIVA INDIO! will feature a night filled with entertainment, including a Bronco tribute, performances by Las Tías, ballet folklórico, mariachi music, and family-friendly activities. With the Firebirds’ presence and the debut of Los Firebirds, the evening will showcase the very best of community pride and culture in Downtown Indio.
