“Where can you go and get 50% off any bubbly or wine?” said senior manager Rosa. “It doesn’t matter if it’s red wine, white wine, or champagne—it’s all half-off.”

Customers are already calling it one of the best deals in the desert. “Half price—you can’t beat that,” one guest said. “The service is good, the food is good, and then you throw in a half-price bottle of wine—it’s a no-brainer.”

The goal, Rosa explained, is to give locals and visitors alike another reason to stop by PF Chang’s midweek.
