Dish Detective: Guess the Coachella Valley Restaurant and Win a $100 Gift Card

It’s time now for Dish Detective, in partnership with local restaurant reviewers Dining with the Davids. Each week, viewers are shown three mystery dishes from a local restaurant, and those who guess the restaurant correctly are entered into a drawing for a $100 gift card to that location.

To play, head to NBC Palm Springs’ Instagram page and watch the latest Dish Detective video. Comment your guess on the post, tag the restaurant, and make sure you are following both Dining with the Davids and NBC Palm Springs. Entries must be submitted by Thursday at noon to qualify.

Last week’s featured restaurant was Luchador Brewing in Cathedral City. This week’s mystery lineup includes bacon-wrapped dates stuffed with blue cheese and spiked with harissa, a jidori half chicken served with broccolini, black barbecue sauce, and frisée, and a decadent sweet potato cheesecake topped with torched marshmallow and caramel drizzle.

The answer — and the winner of the $100 gift card — will be announced Friday morning on NBC Palm Springs.
