Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Desert to Host Walk and Wellness Festival

Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Desert will hold a Walk and Wellness Festival on Saturday, October 18, in Old Town La Quinta. The event runs from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Main Street.

Registration and vendor booths open at 8 a.m., with the walk beginning at 9 a.m. The festival will feature health and wellness activities, speakers, vendor booths, and prize giveaways. Proceeds support the organization's mentorship programs for local youth.
