Palm Springs Aerial Tram Road Challenge Set for Saturday, October 18

The 38th annual Palm Springs Aerial Tram Road Challenge will take place Saturday, October 18, 2025. The 6K run/walk begins at the bottom of Tram Way and finishes at the Tram's Valley Station, covering 3.7 miles with an elevation gain of over 1,900 feet.

Runners start at 7:00 a.m., with walkers beginning at 6:30 a.m.

All participants will receive a finishers' medal and 2025 event T-shirt. A finish line festival will include vendor booths and breakfast. Awards will be presented to the top three finishers in each age group for those registered in the awards eligible category.
