Final Day to Register to Vote in California’s Statewide Special Election

Today, October 20th, marks the final day for Californians to register to vote in the upcoming statewide special election set for November 4th.

If you’re a first-time voter or need to update your address or party affiliation, officials say you must complete a voter registration application by the end of the day. Registration can be done online, by mail, or in person.

Voters can also visit voteinfo.net for complete information on registration deadlines, polling locations, and vote-by-mail details.

For those already registered, updates to your address or party preference can also be made at any vote center by filling out a change request form.

Election officials are urging residents not to delay, as registering today ensures eligibility to participate in the upcoming election.
