Palm Desert Friends Unite to Support Local Father Battling Pancreatic Cancer
In Palm Desert, a close group of friends is coming together to support one of their own through the fight of his life. Kristian Ardelian of Eisenhower Health, Troy Kudlac of KUD Properties, and German Samayao of La Fe Wine Bar have joined forces to help their friend, Rich Nolan, who is battling stage IV pancreatic cancer.
Despite coming from different professional backgrounds, their shared goal is simple: to raise awareness and rally community support. The trio is organizing a fundraiser to benefit Nolan and other local families affected by cancer. The event will take place on December 7 at Bravo Beach in Indio, with proceeds going to the Pendleton Foundation, an organization that provides financial assistance to cancer patients in need.
According to the National Cancer Institute, the five-year survival rate for pancreatic cancer remains just over 13%, making community-driven efforts like this one crucial for both awareness and support.
