Palm Springs Schedules State of the City Address for December 2
Palm Springs will hold its annual State of the City address on Tuesday, December 2, at the Palm Springs Convention Center, with events running from 2 to 5:30 p.m.
Mayor Ron deHarte and the Palm Springs City Council will present the address, which will highlight the city's major accomplishments, ongoing projects, and future plans.
The event will begin at 2 p.m. with a community fair featuring city departments and local non-profit organizations supported by the city. The State of the City presentation is scheduled for 3 p.m., followed by a free ice cream social.
According to the city, the address will focus on the theme "Palm Springs Forward" and emphasize creativity, resilience, and shared purpose in the city's continued development.
The event is free and open to the public.
