Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco Outlines Key Campaign Priorities
Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco is gaining early traction in the race for California governor, according to initial polling cited by his campaign. Bianco, who has served as sheriff since 2019, says the numbers show voters are responding to his message of restoring safety and accountability across the state.
Bianco has been traveling throughout California to outline his top priorities, which include tackling rising crime, strengthening public education, increasing housing availability, and improving economic opportunity for working families. He argues that decades of poor policy decisions have left communities frustrated, saying his law-enforcement background positions him to deliver practical solutions.
As the campaign ramps up, Bianco’s team says more detailed policy proposals are expected in the coming months. For now, the sheriff is working to expand his name recognition outside Riverside County while making public safety the centerpiece of his pitch to voters.
