The Chateau DuMont property spans eight acres and features an extraordinary 18,000-square-foot residence with 15 bedrooms. The estate includes a private lake where guests can canoe, an oyster bar set up for tonight’s celebration, beach volleyball, and even a bathroom featuring three full palm trees inside.
