An NBC Palm Springs Weather Heads-Up on Friday, November 21, 2025!
As an upper-level low moves slowly to the East over Southern California, lots of mid-level moisture will be pulled-up over the area providing widespread precipitation.
The Coachella Valley will be under overcast condition today with on-and-off shower activity which is expected to linger into early Saturday morning with possible accumulations up to a fourth-of-an-inch.
As this system moves farther to the East, showers will slowly taper-off as this wet weather moves over Arizona.
An additional 5-inches of snow is forecast to fall over The Tram in the San Jacinto Mountains though this evening. A Winter Storm Warning has been posted through late this afternoon.
Skies are expected to clear late on Saturday followed by sunshine in full-force on Sunday with slightly warmer high temperatures in the lower-70s.
