La Quinta Hosts Community Blood Drive With $30 Gift Card Incentive

It’s Not Enough for Your Health Today, brought to you by Inland Empire Health Plan. The city of La Quinta is encouraging residents to roll up their sleeves for a community blood drive happening today at the La Quinta Medical Center on Caleo Bay Drive.

The event will take place inside the Blood Mobile from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., providing an opportunity for donors to make a meaningful impact during a time when blood supplies often run low. As an added incentive, anyone who donates blood today through November 29 will receive a $30 Target gift card, while supplies last.

City officials say community participation is essential, as local hospitals rely heavily on donated blood to support patients in critical need. Donors of all blood types are encouraged to take part.
