Luigi Mangione Faces Critical Pretrial Hearing in UnitedHealthcare CEO Killing

Luigi Mangione appeared in a New York State courtroom Monday for a complex pretrial hearing that could significantly impact the prosecution's case against him in the fatal shooting of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.

Mangione has pleaded not guilty to nine state charges. He also faces four separate federal charges, which carry the possibility of the death penalty.
