Broadway Stars to Headline McCallum Theatre Annual Gala

The McCallum Theatre will host its Annual Gala 2025 on Wednesday, December 3 at 8 p.m., featuring Broadway performers Brian Stokes Mitchell and Laura Benanti.

Mitchell, a Tony Award winner known for his role in "Kiss Me, Kate," has appeared in numerous Broadway productions over a 40-year career, including "Ragtime," "Man of La Mancha," and "Kiss of the Spider Woman." He has also appeared in television series including "Trapper John, M.D." and "Glee."

Benanti, who won a Tony Award for her performance in "Gypsy," made her Broadway debut at 18 in "The Sound of Music" and has since starred in 10 additional Broadway shows. Her television credits include "Younger," "The Gilded Age," and "Life & Beth."

The evening will honor Hal and Diane Gershowitz, longtime supporters of the McCallum Theatre. The program will also include a remembrance of Harold Matzner, who served as Chair Emeritus in Perpetuity of the Board of Trustees and died earlier this year.

Tickets range from $68 to $188, including fees, and are available at the McCallum Theatre Box Office or through the theatre's website.
