New Video Shows Devastating La Quinta House Fire That Injured Two Firefighters

For the first time, we’re seeing inside the La Quinta home that went up in flames Saturday, Nov. 29. The video, provided by CAL FIRE/Riverside County Fire Department, shows the charred interior and heavy smoke damage left behind after crews responded to the scene.

Firefighters say flames and smoke were visible as soon as they arrived at the PGA West property just before 2 p.m. The blaze caused significant damage throughout the home, leaving little untouched by fire.

Two firefighters were injured while battling the flames. They were transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. As of now, there are no updates on their conditions.

The cause of the fire has not yet been released, and CAL FIRE says more information will be provided as it becomes available.
