Angry Chicks Hot Chicken Opens First Coachella Valley Location In La Quinta With Massive Crowds And Giveaways
A major food favorite has arrived in the Coachella Valley as Angry Chicks, the Nashville-style hot chicken chain, opened its first desert location this morning in La Quinta. The turnout was overwhelming, with an estimated 200 to 300 people lining up well before doors opened. The excitement continued through a ribbon-cutting ceremony that officially welcomed the restaurant to the community.
Reporting live from the scene, Alondra Campos described the atmosphere as energetic and filled with eager diners ready to experience the heat. Angry Chicks has built a strong following for its signature Nashville-style chicken, customizable spice levels, and comfort-food classics. Founder David, who attended the opening, said he was thrilled by the massive turnout and community support.
The menu includes tenders, sliders, mac and cheese, coleslaw, and other Southern-inspired favorites. One of the star items featured during the live segment was the Angry Mag Bowl, a mac-and-cheese creation loaded with hot chicken. Campos sampled the dish on air and described it as rich, flavorful, and well worth the heat.
Grand opening giveaways added to the excitement. The first 100 people in line received limited-edition Angry Chicks jerseys, and five lucky guests won free Angry Chicks for an entire year. The restaurant is scheduled to be open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. or midnight, depending on final closing time.
Fans of hot chicken and comfort food are encouraged to stop by the new La Quinta location to experience one of the chain’s most anticipated openings.
