Today, the Coachella Valley will be under lots of thin bands of upper-level cirrus clouds. You can also expect above-normal highs in the lower-80s.
Sunshine returns for your Sunday afternoon with more high temps in the lower-80s.
Next, another upper-level ridge will begin to build over the Southwest on Monday. This will result in warmer weather as high temps in the Valley are expected to climb into the middle-80s. More of the same for your Tuesday.
It looks like the next best shot of precipitation for the Southwest will happen around Christmas Eve into early Christmas. Stay tuned!
