Hollywood Minute: Spielberg’s UFO Film, Rolling Stones Tour Canceled, HBO Max Medical Drama Returns

Casinos, UFOs, rock legends, and emergency room doctors are all grabbing attention in the world of entertainment. Douglas Hyde breaks it all down in this Hollywood Minute.

Steven Spielberg is returning to familiar territory with a new science fiction film centered on visitors from another world. A teaser trailer has just been released for Disclosure Day, offering a first look at the director’s latest UFO-themed project. Spielberg, known for classics like E.T. and Close Encounters of the Third Kind, brings the extraterrestrial mystery back to the big screen with a star-studded cast that includes Emily Blunt, Josh O’Connor, and Colin Firth. The film is set to open in theaters next summer.

Meanwhile, Rolling Stones fans hoping to see the legendary band live next year may be disappointed. Mick Jagger and the band have canceled their planned stadium tour across the United Kingdom and Europe. While no new tour dates have been announced, fans still have something to look forward to. Reports indicate a new Rolling Stones album remains on track for release.

On the small screen, a popular medical drama is preparing for a high-stakes return. A newly released trailer for the second season shows doctors facing yet another crisis-packed shift after hospital computer systems are shut down. The HBO Max series won Best Drama at this year’s Emmy Awards and is set to return with a 15-episode second season beginning January 8.
