Bonnie Gilgallon Brings Razzle Dazzle Holiday Show and New Performances to Palm Springs

Bonnie Gilgallon, a well-known singer, actress, and talk radio host in the Coachella Valley, is gearing up for a busy stretch of performances, starting with a holiday edition of her long-running cabaret show, Razzle Dazzle.

The Christmas-themed Razzle Dazzle takes place Friday, December 19, in the VIP Lounge on the second floor of the Palm Springs Cultural Center. Now in its fifth season, Razzle Dazzle has become one of the longest-running musical acts at the venue. The show is presented once a month and features a rotating cast of four singers, with pianist Robert Aulis serving as the primary accompanist.

This holiday edition will focus largely on familiar Christmas and seasonal favorites, with a few Broadway selections mixed in. Joining Gilgallon on stage are Joe Savant, Sonya Rivas, and Tom Vindiolo. The show is designed to be festive, approachable, and full of songs audiences know and love.

Tickets for Razzle Dazzle are $22 and are available through the Palm Springs Cultural Center website and Eventbrite. Guests can also take advantage of Food Truck Fridays outside the venue, making it easy to enjoy dinner before heading upstairs for the show.

Gilgallon also previewed another upcoming performance, He Had It Coming, scheduled for Sunday, January 25 at 7 p.m. at Revolution Stage Company. The show features Gilgallon alongside Siobhan Velarde and Kim Schroeder-Long, with Alex Danson on piano. Described as playful, bold, and a little naughty, the performance explores relationship stories with humor, reflection, and empowerment.

Looking ahead to April, Gilgallon will appear in Knife to the Heart at Desert Ensemble Theatre. The production, written and directed by Stan Zimmerman, marks the final show for the theater before it closes. Gilgallon plays a Jewish mother in the comedy, which she describes as fast-paced and extremely funny.

With multiple performances across Palm Springs stages, Bonnie Gilgallon continues to be a familiar and engaging presence in the local performing arts scene.
