Agua Caliente Preps New Year’s Eve Celebrations

With New Year’s Eve quickly approaching, Agua Caliente Casinos are already preparing to welcome guests for a night filled with entertainment, celebration, and unique experiences across their Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, and Cathedral City properties. Crews are setting up the main stage as excitement builds for one of the biggest nights of the year.

At the Palm Springs location, guests can look forward to the popular Midnight Fireworks Extravaganza, a tradition known for its grand visuals and festive atmosphere. Over at Rancho Mirage, the celebration adds a touch of glamour with a paparazzi-style red carpet experience. Guests arriving at valet can walk the carpet, have their photos taken, and feel like stars before heading inside for a night of music and dancing. The evening there will also feature a live performance by KC and the Sunshine Band.

Meanwhile, the Cathedral City casino will host a free, 21-and-over event designed for adults looking to ring in the New Year. The celebration will include live music, a DJ, and a highlight at midnight: a large-scale drone show in partnership with the City of Cathedral City. More than 500 drones are expected to light up the sky, marking the first and largest midnight drone show ever held in the Coachella Valley.

Officials say the drone show offers a quieter alternative to fireworks, making it a great option for guests who are sensitive to noise or concerned about pets. Agua Caliente Casinos say they’re excited to help the community ring in 2026 and will continue sharing updates as New Year’s Eve approaches.
