Brian King Joseph, who performed as a musician on the tour, filed a lawsuit against Smith and his company alleging he was wrongfully terminated after reporting what he described as a "sexual threat of violence" made against him. Smith's attorney denied the accusations, calling them "false, baseless and reckless."
