Man Arrested After Breaking Windows at VP Vance's Cincinnati Home

A suspect is in custody after allegedly using a hammer to break several windows at Vice President JD Vance's Cincinnati residence.

Secret Service agents and Cincinnati police arrested 26-year-old William Defoor overnight outside the home. He now faces four charges: vandalism, obstruction of official business, criminal damaging, and criminal trespassing. Defoor is scheduled to appear in court tomorrow.

Officials say Defoor has a documented history of mental health concerns.
