Palm Springs Health and Wellness Festival Returns to Ruth Hardy Park Jan. 24

The Palm Springs Health and Wellness Festival returns to Ruth Hardy Park on Saturday, January 24.

The event offers several ways to get moving, including a 10K, 5K, 1K fun run, and a bike ride. Beyond the races, attendees can browse 80 health and wellness vendor booths and attend free fitness classes and demonstrations focused on nutrition, exercise, and overall wellness.
