An NBC Palm Springs Weather Heads-Up on Thursday, January 8, 2026!

A Freeze Warning has been posted for areas around the Western portion of Joshua Tree National Park during the overnight hours this evening and again tomorrow night.

Overnight lows in the area will sink to the upper-20s/lower-30s.

The Coachella Valley is not included in this weather advisory as lows there will bottom-out in the 40s.
