An NBC Palm Springs Weather Heads-Up on Saturday, January 10, 2026!

Winds -- in varying degrees -- will be an issue for areas of Southern California through Monday.

A High Wind Warning continues for the Desert Hot Springs and San Gorgonio Pass areas through Sunday afternoon. A Wind Advisory has been posted for the Inland Empire to the Coast for the same time period. Adjacent mountains will also be dealing with strong winds. See images for details.

Today the Coachella Valley will be under clear skies with near-normal high temperatures in the upper-60s/lower-70s.

Next, we'll experience a slow warm-up. You can expect highs in the 70s on Sunday and Monday, followed by above-normal temps in the 80s for your Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
