NBC Palm Springs Bids Farewell to Tiani Jadulang as She Heads to Phoenix

It was a bittersweet moment at NBC Palm Springs as colleagues gathered to celebrate the final day of reporter and anchor Tiani Jadulang at the station.

Jadulang, who is leaving for a new opportunity in Phoenix, was recognized for her years of work, growth, and impact in the newsroom. Fellow staff members shared memories and messages highlighting her journey, which began behind the scenes in digital operations before she moved into an on-air reporting role.

Thalia Hayden reflected on Jadulang’s early days at the station, noting how she quickly transitioned from digital work to reporting and steadily grew into a confident and accomplished journalist. Clips from Jadulang’s early on-camera moments showed her covering everything from community openings and local government issues to major sporting events and weather-related closures across the Coachella Valley.

Colleagues also spoke about Jadulang’s personal growth, describing her evolution from a new reporter into an Emmy Award–winning anchor and trusted voice for viewers. Several emphasized the strong bonds formed in the newsroom, calling her departure both difficult and exciting as she prepares for the next phase of her career.

Jadulang thanked the team for their support, acknowledging the emotional nature of the farewell and expressing gratitude for the experiences and relationships built during her time at NBC Palm Springs.

The station plans to share additional farewell messages during the evening newscast as the newsroom officially sends her off with cake, balloons, and well wishes for her future in Phoenix.
