Palm Springs Health Run and Wellness Festival Returns to Ruth Hardy Park Saturday
The Palm Springs Health Run and Wellness Festival takes over Ruth Hardy Park on Saturday, offering races for all skill levels alongside a health expo featuring more than 80 vendors.
The event runs from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and includes USATF-certified 5K and 10K courses for competitive and casual runners alike. A 1K fun run is also available for younger participants and families. For those who prefer two wheels, a casual bike ride—not timed or competitive—is open to all ages, with bike valet available on-site.
Beyond the races, the festival includes fitness classes and demonstrations ranging from yoga to Zumba. Scott Nevins, familiar to NBC Palm Springs viewers as Scotty the Retired Elf, will serve as master of ceremonies.
Registration is available at palmspringshealthrun.com.
