PGA TOUR: World #1 Scottie Scheffler wins The American Express

Scottie Scheffler, the world's best golfer, cruised to victory on Sunday to win his first American Express tournament.

Scheffler becomes the first player on the tour to reach 20 wins since Rory McIlroy in 2021.

Entering Sunday tied for second with 18-year-old Blades Brown, Scheffler separated himself from the pack before the turn.

Scheffler now joins Jack Nicklaus and Tiger Woods as the only players to have 20 wins with four Majors before turning 30.
