La Quinta's Free Concert Series Returns to SilverRock Park in February

La Quinta is bringing back its free Concerts in the Park series at SilverRock Park, with the first show set for Wednesday, February 4.

The season opener features The Stellar Band, a cover group playing hits from the '80s through today. A second concert follows on Saturday, February 28, with The Band Chico performing Latin, oldies and R&B.

Gates open at 6 p.m. for both events, with food trucks and family activities available before the music starts. Live performances run from 7 to 9 p.m. Attendees should bring their own blankets or lawn chairs—no fixed seating is provided.

The city says additional concerts are planned for select dates in March and May, though a full schedule has not yet been released.
