Desert Regional Medical Center to Host Open House for New Cardiology Center

Desert Regional Medical Center is inviting the community to an open house celebrating the opening of its new outpatient cardiology center in Palm Springs.

The event, called “Affairs of the Heart,” will take place on February 18 from 3 to 5 p.m. and will include a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Community members will have the opportunity to meet with medical professionals and learn more about the hospital’s heart-related programs and services.

According to hospital staff, the center will offer comprehensive care in one location, including cardiac rehabilitation, heart failure treatment, and stroke care. Guests attending the open house can also enjoy guided tours, educational exhibits, and free giveaways.

Hospital officials say the new outpatient cardiology center is designed to improve access to critical heart services for desert residents. By bringing multiple programs under one roof, the facility aims to reduce wait times and enhance overall patient care.

The event is open to the public, and residents are encouraged to attend to learn more about the expanded services available at Desert Regional Medical Center.
