Friends of Palm Springs Library Hosts First Book Sale Since Renovation Closure

The Friends of the Palm Springs Library is holding a book sale Saturday, January 31 from noon to 3 p.m.—the group's first sale since the library closed for renovation.
The Palm Springs Library shut down last year for a multi-year renovation project. A temporary location is currently operating at Rim-Rock Plaza while the work continues.
Saturday's sale takes place at Our Savior Lutheran Church, 1020 Ramon Road, in the rear parking lot. The easiest access is via the gravel driveway off Avenida Caballeros.
Items for sale include books, DVDs, CDs, bestsellers, and classics. Proceeds support the library.
"Our community loves our book sales and so we want to make every effort to make them available," said Nanci Morrison, president of the Friends of the Palm Springs Library.
