An NBC Palm Springs Weather Heads-Up on Tuesday, February 10, 2026!

As a frontal boundary approaches Southern California today, skies will remain cloudy while on-shore winds become a bit gusty at times. No rain is expected for the Coachella Valley, although a few showers will begin to move over LA County by this evening.

As this system moves through the Southwest tomorrow, rain chances increase for areas of the Southland. As far as the Valley is concerned, we'll be under cloudy skies with occasional gusty West winds with only a few possible sprinkles, if anything at all.

Skies begin to clear-out a bit on Thursday.

Two -- more potent -- disturbances are forecast to move through the Southwest early next week. SoCal and the Coachella Valley are both expected to experience widespread precipitation on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Stay tuned!
