Palmdale Man Arrested for Attempted Homicide After Palm Springs Stabbing

Palm Springs police arrested a 41-year-old man on suspicion of attempted homicide following a reported stabbing early this morning.

Officers responded just before 4 a.m. to the 600 block of South Palm Canyon Drive, where they found an adult male suffering from a cut to his head. The victim told police he was attacked by an unknown man who fled the scene in a white pickup truck occupied by a male driver and a female passenger.

A short time later, officers located a white Ford F-150 matching the description and conducted a traffic stop. Police say the driver had injuries consistent with a physical altercation, and a witness helped identify him as the suspect.

James Fuller, 41, of Palmdale, was arrested and booked on charges of attempted homicide and a parole violation.

The investigation remains ongoing. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Palm Springs Police Department.
