Double Homicide Under Investigation in Thermal

The search for a suspect is ongoing this evening after a double homicide in Thermal.

According to the Riverside County Sheriff's Department, deputies responded to reports of shots fired around 11 p.m. on Polk Street. When they arrived, they found two people dead at the scene.

The department’s Central Homicide Unit has taken over the investigation and is working to determine the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
