Palm Springs International Airport Launches Real-Time Online Lost and Found Portal for Travelers

Palm Springs International Airport Launches Real-Time Online Lost and Found Portal for Travelers

Palm Springs International Airport is introducing a new digital tool designed to make recovering lost belongings faster and easier for travelers.

The airport has partnered with Liff Happens, a leading provider of digital lost and found services, to launch an online portal that allows guests to view found items in real time and begin the return process from anywhere.

Accessible through flyPSP.com/lost, the platform provides a simple and transparent way for travelers to search for missing belongings, submit a claim, and arrange shipping without needing to return to the airport. The system is intended to enhance the overall guest experience by streamlining what can often be a stressful and time-consuming process.

Liff Happens is already widely used at major festivals and destinations across the country, including Coachella, Stagecoach, Austin City Limits, Bonnaroo, and EDC. Palm Springs International Airport is the first airport to implement the platform, expanding its use into the aviation environment.

Airport officials say the new service reflects a commitment to improving every step of the travel experience. By digitizing lost and found operations, travelers can browse listings that include photos and key descriptions of recovered items, while personal details remain protected for security. Once ownership is confirmed, items can be shipped directly to a traveler’s home or preferred address.

Travelers who believe they’ve lost something at the airport can visit flyPSP.com/lost and navigate to the Lost & Found section. Officials note that items may take up to 48 hours to appear in the system, and guests are encouraged to check back or file a claim while waiting.

The new platform positions Palm Springs International Airport at the forefront of customer-focused innovation, offering travelers a more convenient way to reconnect with lost belongings.
