Accessible through flyPSP.com/lost, the platform provides a simple and transparent way for travelers to search for missing belongings, submit a claim, and arrange shipping without needing to return to the airport. The system is intended to enhance the overall guest experience by streamlining what can often be a stressful and time-consuming process.

Liff Happens is already widely used at major festivals and destinations across the country, including Coachella, Stagecoach, Austin City Limits, Bonnaroo, and EDC. Palm Springs International Airport is the first airport to implement the platform, expanding its use into the aviation environment.

Airport officials say the new service reflects a commitment to improving every step of the travel experience. By digitizing lost and found operations, travelers can browse listings that include photos and key descriptions of recovered items, while personal details remain protected for security.
