Pet of the Week: Meet Kimi from Riverside County Animal Services
Veronica Perez from Riverside County Animal Services joined us this morning with Kimi, an energetic 13-week-old brown brindle and white Bull Terrier mix looking for her forever home.
Kimi (shelter id: A1896699) will be available for FREE adoption today at the Riverside County Fair & National Date Festival, running February 12 through March 1 at 46350 Arabia St. in Indio. Look for the Riverside County Animal Services tent near the south entrance by the ride ticket booths. Hours are weekdays 3-6 p.m. and weekends 10 a.m.-5 p.m. All adopted dogs go home the same day with microchip, vaccinations, spay/neuter surgery, and an engraved ID tag included.

Chester (A1898939) – 2-year-old orange Domestic Shorthair cat (at shelter since Feb. 5)
Jimmy (A1873431) – 2-year-old Pit Bull Terrier mix who loves toys (at shelter since August 2025)
Wally (A1881294) – 2-year-old German Shepherd, curious and playful (at shelter since September 2025)
