An NBC Palm Springs Weather Heads-Up on Saturday, February 14, 2026!

Today -- and again tomorrow -- the Coachella Valley will be under filtered sunshine as bands of fair-weather high clouds move overhead. You can expect highs in the upper-70s today, middle-70s tomorrow.

Clouds will thicken, on-shore winds will strengthen and temperatures will cool on Monday as a frontal boundary approaches the Southwest.

With this system, the Valley is forecast to experience showers between Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning. A second disturbance will provide widely scattered showers on Wednesday.

A third wave is expected to move through the area on Thursday, but it looks like any measurable precipitation will fall outside of the Valley.
